This site is a preview built for Billy. It doesn’t take real bookings yet.

When you book, we keep what you type (your name, phone, email, address and the job details) and any wall photos you add, so Billy can do the job and reach you about it. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.

Photos are stored without the location and camera details phones tuck inside them.

The card step works one of two ways. When the card form comes from Stripe, our payment processor, your card number goes straight to Stripe and we never see it. When Stripe isn’t switched on, the form shows a demo card that’s already filled in and locked, so there’s nowhere to type a real one. Either way, nothing is charged in this preview.

While you book, this browser remembers your TV picks, ZIP and chosen time for a day, so you can pick up where you left off. Your name, phone, email and address aren’t saved there.

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to see how people use the site: which pages they open, what they click, and recordings of visits that help us fix confusing spots. Those recordings hide everything you type, and your address, photos and booking details too. None of it is used for ads.
